Shipping Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 weeks (to be safe).
If your item has not been received within 8 weeks from the date of shipment, please contact our customer support team at info@mydeskco.com. We'll investigate the issue and provide you with a resolution.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrived damaged or defective or you've received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team at info@mydeskco.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll issue a replacement. Please include photos or videos of the damaged item in your email to us.
Furthermore, replacements are not included for slight colour & measurement variations. Please note that due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions, the actual colour of the item may vary slightly from the colour shown in the pictures. Additionally, manual measurement may result in a 1-2 cm measuring deviation. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but these variations are inherent and beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding!
