Our capacity for international shipping means that our suppliers are located all over the globe. Please note that orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive (to be safe).

Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period.

It usually takes us 1-5 days to process orders. We aim to ship all items on-time, but in rare cases it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks qualify for a full-refund or reship!

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Note: it can take up to 7 days for shipping activity to update.

If your item arrived damaged or defective or you've received the wrong item, please contact our customer support team at info@mydeskco.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we'll issue a replacement or a refund. Please include photos or videos of the damaged item in your email to us.

Please note that this point in time we don't offer returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including if you've changed your mind about the item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We aren't able to make changes or cancel an order after it has been placed. Hence, please ensure that you have entered in your details correctly. We apolygise for any inconvenience caused.
